1. Project Manager

Required to efficiently run multiple complex projects at the same time, involving multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. There is nothing slow paced in the mobile internet economy. Stay on top of every little thing that goes on in the project. Be scared of Murphy. Communicate effectively and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders (Business, Banks, Partners and Merchants)

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech
Experience: 10 to 13 Years

2. Product Manager

Define and be responsible for every element of the product (Features, Flow, UI/UX and everything else there is to it). Work with the executive team in defining the product roadmap, and then deliver it. Stay on top of the key metrics of the product, and continuously work towards improving them. All this in a highly ambiguous environment.

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech
Experience: 8 to 10 Years

3. Business Analyst

Understand the business requirements and translate them to software system requirements, scope of work / Analyse and document all information gathered/ actively coordinate with Visa & MC for project implementations.

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech/MBA
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

4. Legal & Compliance

Handle Contracts, Agreements, Legal, Risk and Regulatory compliance. Preferably from Ecommerce industry

Qualification: LLB/
Experience: 10 to 15 Years

5. Sr. QA Engineer

Hands on experience in Mobile Application testing on Android and IOS platforms. Bug tracking tools – JIRA. Experience on tools like Appium, Selenium, Maven and Jenkins.

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

6. iOS Developer

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with outside data sources and API’s.Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

7. Manager-DBA

Design, develop and deploy data backup, archival, and off-site storage administration strategies/ Develop plans for managing data volume growth/ Monitor databases for operational stability, scalability and sustained performance

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech

8. Senior Analyst–Support & Operations

Doing Visa/MasterCard settlement reconciliations. Will be responsible for both issuing & acquiring transaction dispute resolution. Respond in a timely and professional manner to all requests for information, regarding disputes and chargebacks. Should possess a very good knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualification: MBA/M.Com/B.Com
Experience: 4 to 5 Years

9. Production System Engineer (PSE)

Ownership of evaluating and deploying newer high-availability architectures and cloud based and virtual systems, high-end databases, and capacity planning for rapid growth. Evaluating and deploying production system monitoring tools and systems for both operational stability and operational security.

Qualification: BE/ BTech/MTech
Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs

10. Associate/ Analyst – Customer Services

Inbound customer calls & emails. If required, make outgoing calls to customers. Ensure customer issues are resolved within set SLA. Back-end banking support & operations.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Yrs
